Working with one of our top financial clients, we are looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst – Online/Digital Banking to support large-scale digital transformation projects. This role will focus on modernizing internal web and desktop applications used by thousands of contact center agents nationwide, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong BSA expertise, experience in digital/web banking, and the ability to write clear technical user stories and requirements that bridge business needs with technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Write detailed technical user stories, work packages, and iterative deliverables to support development teams.
  • Support the modernization of internal intranet and desktop applications serving 8,000–10,000+ contact center agents.
  • Ensure requirements align with customer information systems to deliver accurate, real-time account and product data.
  • Work within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, adapting processes and deliverables as required.
  • Partner with design, development, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and usability goals.
  • Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and sprint ceremonies to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Support documentation, presentation, and communication of requirements and project deliverables across teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience.
  • Proven ability to write clear, detailed technical user stories and work packages.
  • Experience in Digital/Web Banking projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
