Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Support Specialist-Trade Floor. This position involves providing onsite support during the relocation, focusing on installing, configuring, and deploying essential technology equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.74/hr
Responsibilities
- Install monitors, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals on the trade floor
- Coordinate the movement and setup of technology equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure devices are fully operational
- Support the deployment process, ensuring minimal disruption
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation and configuration activities
Desired Skill-Set
- 2 to 3 years of technology support and installation experience
- Ability to work onsite during weekdays and weekends
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
- Autonomous with excellent attention to detail
- Good work ethic and professionalism
Nice to Have
- Previous trade floor support experience
- Familiarity with trading technology environments
