Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Unica Campaign Analyst – SAS/SQL who will support our Campaign Operation team with the migration and modernization of our Unica environments. This role will play a key part in converting existing SAS campaign codes to Unica, as well as assisting in the integration of Unica Campaign and Interact onto a unified platform. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Unica Campaign, campaign building, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor records in accordance with the Legal Department and the client’s requirements
- Understand practices and procedures relating to managing vendor arrangements through all stages of the vendor lifecycle, in alignment with relevant frameworks, policies and standards
- Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities as necessary
- Contribute to vendor-related operational activities (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping, specialized tracking, analysis and transactional procedural support) as assigned
- Focus on continuous improvements to facilitate entering into vendor arrangements
- Participate in working sessions and/or facilitate meetings to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal clients’ partners, and the vendor, to ensure department requirements are met and objectives are aligned
- Support the onboarding of vendors and manage related documentation, including contracts
- Assists with reporting and compliance activities associated with various clients’ policies
- Works closely with team members to support the client’s Legal's external counsel management program
- Supports the execution of operational functions related to the client’s Legal's third-party risk management program
- Partners closely with members of the Legal team and other shared services functions
- Assists with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies
- Assists in creating appropriate training material, job aids and other forms of end-user reference materials.
- Contributes to strategic initiatives and projects
Desired Skill Set:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM/Unica Campaign (designing, building, deploying campaigns, templates) – ability to code in UNICA
- 5+ years of SQL and data source integration within Unica.
- Experience with SAS campaign codes
- Ability to rebuild offers, segments, flowcharts, and scheduling logic in the new Unica environment.
- Ability to document processes, decisions, and configurations to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity. (Microsoft Office)
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure)
- Previous experience in campaign design
