Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Project Manager – Figma /AI Design. This position involves supporting design teams through financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment focused on business-as-usual operations. Pay rate range (CAD): $57.42/hr – $68.90/hr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between partners and the design team to facilitate effective communication and project flow
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets for value propositions, resource planning, and tracking project progress
- Support financial management activities, including budgeting and expense tracking
- Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure project deliverables are met
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Contribute to conflict resolution and issue management to maintain team productivity
- Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to support design operations and optimize workflows
