Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Graphic Designer. This position involves supporting internal and external branding initiatives, creating visually engaging materials, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Pay rate range (CAD): $29.27/hr – $35.12/hr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and visual assets
- Produce a variety of design materials, including marketing collateral, sales tools, pitch decks, and event branding
- Prepare, review, and refine designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Support web-based design efforts, including infographics and digital assets
- Coordinate with print vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain organized project files and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Participate in creative briefings and team meetings to align project goals
- Support accessibility standards and best practices in all designs
- Assist with UX/UI design elements as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to projects
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house corporate environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with Figma and familiarity with accessibility design principles
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS
- Expertise in data visualization and infographic design
- Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of web structure and app development processes
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with cross-channel branding campaigns
