Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate who will support core loan operations by preparing key documentation and charging security/mortgages while coordinating effectively with a small team to meet quality and productivity targets.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.88/hr
Responsibilities
- Charge security/mortgages accurately in support of loan processing
- Complete loan programming activities to maintain workflow efficiency
- Prepare letters for solicitors to engage for new security
- Follow established processes to support timely, high-quality outputs
- Participate in daily team meetings and communicate clearly with peers
- Support pooled volume workflow to meet service level agreements
- Work onsite primarily during training, then transition to a reduced onsite schedule
