Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Procurement Analyst – Coupa & Source-to-Pay (S2P). In this position, you will support the implementation and operational excellence of procurement platforms, contributing to critical procurement initiatives and system enhancements within a dynamic environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $39.86/hr – $47.83/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Support the enablement and ongoing administration of Coupa S2P processes, including requisitioning, approvals, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and user support.
  • Manage user provisioning for procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip), including onboarding, offboarding, and access rights management.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access to ensure compliance with licensing and internal controls.
  • Resolve and triage user access issues promptly.
  • Monitor compliance with data privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Identify recurring issues, analyze root causes, and recommend system and process improvements.
  • Manage shared mailbox to address user inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding activities and catalog enablement to improve adoption and transaction accuracy.
  • Link requisitions to contracts, monitor PO modifications and cancellations.
  • Support platform testing, release readiness, and validation of system changes.
  • Track operational metrics and generate reports to monitor platform usage and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all activities align with governance and audit standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Technology to resolve process gaps.
  • Contribute to process optimization and broader procurement transformation initiatives.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • 1-3 years of procurement lifecycle experience.
  • Knowledge of the source-to-pay (S2P) lifecycle.
  • Hands-on support experience with procurement platforms, especially Coupa or Zip.
  • Familiarity with requisition-to-invoice workflows, approval controls, and supplier enablement.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting user training, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Ability to analyze data, reports, and process metrics for operational insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Basic understanding of testing and release support processes.
  • Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, finance, or related field beneficial.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an asset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Coupa S2P or Zip platforms.
  • Exposure to other procurement tools such as Ariba or Ivalua.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Prior helpdesk or support experience for procurement systems.
