Do you thrive in collaborative environments where your research directly shapes impactful digital experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our top financial clients and contribute to meaningful, user-driven innovation within their Digital Channels team.

Working with one of our leading financial institutions, this role calls for a UX Researcher to enable evidence-based design and strategy through the execution of human factors and user-centered research methods. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and business stakeholders to uncover insights that inform intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experience strategists, designers, and business partners to define and support research needs across projects.

  • Prepare research materials such as participant screeners, protocols, and communication documents.
  • Conduct diverse design research methods, including usability testing, ethnographic observation, diary studies, card sorting, and user interviews.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights that inform design decisions.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights through reports, personas, experience maps, and other visual formats.
  • Balance multiple studies and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

  • Strong communication skills — written, oral, and graphical — to effectively share research insights with diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management abilities to balance multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Undergraduate degree in psychology, anthropology, computer science, industrial engineering, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have:

  • Graduate degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the Financial Industry (FI) or other regulated sectors.
  • Knowledge of inferential statistics and familiarity with tools such as R, SAS, or SPSS.
