Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Project Manager – Agentic AI. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI initiatives focusing on Agentic and Generative AI deployment within a highly dynamic environment. The role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance business outcomes.
Expected compensation (CAD): $120,000 – $130,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects across call centers and business operations.
- Develop and translate AI strategies into actionable roadmaps aligned with defined business metrics.
- Establish and monitor success metrics such as adoption rates, containment, escalation accuracy, and cost optimization.
- Manage project baseline parameters—cost, schedule, scope—and ensure disciplined, transparent reporting.
- Oversee implementation of large language model (LLM)-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, lifecycle management, and hallucination mitigation.
- Validate technical approach by collaborating with solution architects and AI subject matter experts.
- Drive responsible AI practices, including risk assessment and operational governance.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, and EPMO teams to ensure project delivery stability.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts for diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making, escalate risks early, and promote accountability within cross-functional teams.
- Identify efficiencies and streamline workflows to optimize operational costs post-deployment.
- Monitor AI solution impacts and refine strategies to maximize productivity gains and operational effectiveness.
Desired Skill-Set:
- Proven experience managing complex AI or generative AI projects (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
- PMP certification and proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Extensive hybrid project management experience combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and operational governance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at executive and senior levels.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on audience-specific updates and clarity.
- Data-driven decision-making and proactive risk identification.
- Strategic partnership skills across Business, Technology, and EPMO.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Agentic AI solutions and Google Gemini.
- Prior exposure to AI deployment within the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and their impact on delivery velocity.
- Ability to challenge technical solutions with data-backed insights.
- Experience managing projects with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
