Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Customer Growth Manager – Digital Acquisition & Marketing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives aimed at scaling customer acquisition efforts through data-driven and innovative approaches, shaping the future of retail banking growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $50.72/hr – $60.87/hr

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to conversion
  • Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across segments and channels
  • Develop clear strategies and prioritize initiatives to drive measurable growth results
  • Expand partner-led growth opportunities and optimize existing channels including digital, partnerships, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor and enhance acquisition funnel performance through analytics and testing
  • Build and scale digital acquisition engines to improve velocity, efficiency, and scalability
  • Ensure product and offer strategies align with customer needs, competitive positioning, and profitability goals
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and utilize cohort analysis, attribution, and experimentation to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Frontline to ensure effective execution and scaling of initiatives

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5+ years in strategy, consulting, growth, or business transformation roles
  • Prior experience in banking, fintech, or customer-centric industries preferred
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end growth initiatives across digital, partnerships, or product-led channels
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
  • Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and funnel reporting (preferred but not required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with new acquisition channels and partnership strategies
  • Experience in product management or offer strategy development
