Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Marketing Manager – Asset Management (ETFs & Investment Products). This position involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing cross-functional relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to business units to support their growth initiatives. The role offers an opportunity to influence campaign strategies, lead vendor relations, and contribute to broader enterprise goals, all within a dynamic financial services environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $67.07/hr – $80.49/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with brand standards and strategic objectives for asset management and ETF products.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a primary liaison for vendors, supporting implementation and maintenance of solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging issues to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to provide insights and recommendations for campaigns and strategic projects.
- Design, produce, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Coordinate budgets, track results versus targets, and recommend adjustments to meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through integrated data and streamlined reporting.
- Support broader enterprise-wide initiatives, maintaining a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Exercise sound judgment to diagnose and resolve issues independently, managing non-routine situations confidently.
Desired Skill-Set
- 5 to 7 years of relevant asset management and ETF marketing experience.
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing campaigns and vendor relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep collaboration and team skills, capable of working across functions.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving proficiency.
- Influence skills to guide stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and portfolio of marketing tools.
Nice to Have
- Media agency experience or background.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
