Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Marketing Manager – Self Direct Investing. This position is instrumental in executing strategic marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, competitive environment, supporting self-directed investing products. The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a deep understanding of financial services marketing to drive success.

Pay rate range (CAD): $49.28/hr – $59.13/hr

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Execute go-to-market plans for campaigns and offers, coordinating cross-functionally to meet deadlines
  • Support creative development and media execution, maintaining brand standards and brief alignment
  • Vet creative concepts against legal and compliance guidelines, ensuring accurate translations and approvals
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external agencies, influencing decisions and fostering relationships
  • Develop and present monthly performance reports, analyzing campaign KPIs and budget utilization
  • Prepare and manage monthly budget reports, tracking expenditures against forecasts and fiscal plans

Desired Skill-Set

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within financial services or banking
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, including reporting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance
  • High work ethic, adaptable to a dynamic, competitive environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Familiarity with online discount brokerage or self-directed investing platforms
  • Ability to perform data analytics for campaign optimization
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, for translation and content review
