Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Lead Business Systems Analyst – Wealth Management AI Transformation with strong expertise in wealth management, adviser workflows, and AI-driven solutions. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing and automating the wealth advisory ecosystem through innovative AI frameworks.
Pay rate range (CAD): $80.00/hr – $85.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for AI-first wealth advisory solutions, focusing on automating advisor workflows and manual processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand daily workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Define requirements for AI-powered use cases such as meeting preparation, portfolio insights, proposal generation, and client information aggregation.
- Design end-to-end advisor cockpit solutions, ensuring integration from systems like portfolio management, performance data, and repositories.
- Translate long-term AI vision into incremental, deliverable use cases aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Document and communicate requirements for integrating multiple data sources and systems.
- Partner with AI architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Support the redesign of workflows to enhance productivity, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across multiple teams and senior leadership.
Desired Skill-Set
- Extensive experience in wealth management domain, including portfolio management and adviser workflows.
- Proven ability to define comprehensive requirements for AI-driven solutions with a strategic perspective.
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration, RAG architecture, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience translating complex business needs into technical requirements for AI platforms.
- Skilled in documenting requirements for system integrations involving multiple data sources.
- Ability to break down a long-term vision into achievable, incremental phases.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on balancing immediate business value and future-proofing solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working on AI automation projects within wealth management or financial services.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools and RAG architecture.
- Knowledge of advisor productivity tools and client onboarding workflows.
- Project management certification or experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial AI solutions.
