Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate-Credit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in credit processing, lead small teams and projects, and develop comprehensive knowledge of small business banking operations. The role involves managing daily volumes, ensuring quality and compliance, and working closely with internal and external partners in a hybrid environment. It is ideal for applicants with data entry experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for banking and credit.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational volumes to meet service level agreements
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
- Follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Communicate clearly with internal partners and external solicitors
- Ensure attendance and reliability for scheduled shifts
- Collaborate within a team of 14 people
- Participate in fully onsite training for 5 days, then transition to hybrid work
- Support credit fulfillment for small business clients
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks and contribute to team goals
Desired Skill-Set
- Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in banking or credit sectors (preferred)
- Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
