Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Project Manager, Benefits Plan Re-Design.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise benefits redesign and vendor transition projects
- Manage third-party vendors, Statements of Work, SLAs, and project deliverables
- Prevent scope creep and control change requests through proactive scope management
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans in advance
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, setting realistic expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
- Collaborate with Oracle HRMS stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met
- Facilitate governance, status reporting, and executive communications
- Translate technical discussions into clear business language for stakeholders
Desired Skill-Set
- Proven experience managing enterprise projects with a focus on business process transformation
- Track record of leading benefits redesign initiatives, including vendor transitions
- Experience managing projects involving Oracle HRMS systems
- Strong vendor management skills: SOW governance, SLA oversight, and change control
- Ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canadian benefits programs across multiple provinces
- Knowledge of varied provincial legislative and compliance considerations
- Background working within Enterprise PMO environments
- Prior experience in financial services
