Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst-Treasury/Risk Management/QRM. This position involves collaborating with business and technology partners to analyze, document, and deliver enterprise systems related to ALM, IRR, and FTP, ensuring solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for ALM, IRR, and FTP systems.
- Create process flow diagrams, data flow models, and architecture diagrams to support solution design and stakeholder communication.
- Lead requirements workshops and develop artifacts such as message mapping documents and system diagrams.
- Assist testing teams by translating requirements into test cases and supporting defect management.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA and Confluence.
- Support the implementation and configuration of QRM platforms aligned with treasury objectives.
- Maintain data lineage, catalogs, and governance artifacts to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to analyze large datasets and support data-driven decision-making.
- Promote process improvement and innovation using AI-enabled tools and best practices.
- Create source-to-target mappings, data integration specifications, and system architecture documentation.
Desired Skill-Set
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis within financial services.
- Proven expertise in implementing or supporting QRM or similar Treasury/ALM platforms (minimum 3 years).
- Deep understanding of treasury, IRR, FTP, and risk management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in creating process diagrams, system architecture, and process models.
- Extensive experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence (minimum 5 years).
- Solid SQL skills and experience with data analysis and big data concepts.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of financial products and balance sheet management.
- Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with Tableau and PowerBI.
- Understanding of data lineage, data governance, and data quality management.
- Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise systems in regulated financial environments.
