Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Business Systems Analyst/AML Regulatory Programs. This position involves supporting regulatory and discretionary release management projects within the AML domain, providing opportunities for impactful work, professional growth, and strategic network building across business units.
Pay rate range (CAD): $60.74/hr – $72.89/hr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system design and architecture blueprints for AML projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Develop and maintain system modeling documents aligned with project needs.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation management.
- Support release management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and implement best practices.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Desired Skill-Set
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools.
- Strong understanding of system design documents and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and well organized, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing project needs.
Nice to Have
- Relevant technical certifications.
- AML or regulatory compliance experience.
- Banking or financial industry background.
