Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Project Control Officer – Banking/AML. This position involves supporting the portfolio by coordinating intake channels, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth project delivery within a dynamic banking environment. The Senior PCO will play a key role in tracking and progressing multiple intake requests and supporting project activities.
Pay rate range (CAD): $65.00/hr – $75.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Manage and track items in Jira to ensure timely progression
- Follow up with stakeholders to clarify requirements and status updates
- Support business sizing and workload analysis for intake requests
- Maintain oversight of 80–90 intake requests, ensuring continuous progress
- Understand where team members are spending time to optimize workflows
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation
- Support production issue resolution and upstream system management

- Experience coordinating meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to keep projects on track
- Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, PDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Banking experience preferred
