Work from home | Base salary: CAD $60,000–$80,000 plus commission

BeachHead is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for business and finance contract roles. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and recruitment leaders to understand client needs, find the right people and help candidates secure their next opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Own recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview preparation and offer management.
- Find and engage talent through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals and our candidate database.
- Build relationships and talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill business and finance roles.
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver strong submissions and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Keep accurate ATS records, work toward recruitment targets and share your expertise with junior recruiters.
What you’ll bring
- At least three years of full-cycle business and finance recruitment experience.
- A strong understanding of business and finance roles, relevant skills and the Canadian talent market.
- Proven sourcing and headhunting skills, including success finding candidates beyond job applications.
- The ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Clear communication, sound judgment and confidence working with an ATS.
