Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Change Management Analyst-Credit Administration/Lending. This position involves driving transformation initiatives, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across credit processing services. 

Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for key transformation projects.
  • Lead project planning, design, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational standardization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement.
  • Design and deliver effective communication and training materials to support change adoption.
  • Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Monitor change effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and assess impacts of changes.
  • Ensure inclusive and scalable change initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5+ years of experience in change management within complex operational environments.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation projects and implement process improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly credit processing or lending operations.
  • Ability to develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing training and communication materials.
  • Familiar with project management principles and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools.
  • Prior banking or financial industry experience.
  • Exposure to large IT infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Clarity project management.
  • Familiarity with policies and procedures within a banking environment.
