Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Change Management Analyst-Credit Administration/Lending. This position involves driving transformation initiatives, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement across credit processing services.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for key transformation projects.
- Lead project planning, design, and execution activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational standardization.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement.
- Design and deliver effective communication and training materials to support change adoption.
- Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor change effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and assess impacts of changes.
- Ensure inclusive and scalable change initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Desired Skill-Set
- 5+ years of experience in change management within complex operational environments.
- Proven ability to lead transformation projects and implement process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, particularly credit processing or lending operations.
- Ability to develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing training and communication materials.
- Familiar with project management principles and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools.
- Prior banking or financial industry experience.
- Exposure to large IT infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Clarity project management.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures within a banking environment.
