Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist. This position involves leading the development and enhancement of enterprise authentication platforms, including CIAM and multi-factor authentication solutions, ensuring robust security across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of designers and developers across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of security solutions, focusing on authentication, authorization, and CIAM frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, authentication, and fraud to deliver enterprise authentication platforms.
  • Coordinate project activities using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on security implementations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and a high-performance environment.
  • Ensure solution designs prioritize security, scalability, and user experience.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5+ years of experience in security integration, authentication, and authorization
  • Strong expertise in CIAM concepts, multi-factor authentication, and security platforms
  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture and design in complex environments
  • Proficiency in Java and Java-based technologies (minimum 5 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant CIAM certification highly preferred

Nice to Have

  • CIRM certification
  • Experience within the banking industry
  • Familiarity with building authentication solutions
  • Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication, leadership mindset, adaptability, team collaboration, translating technical concepts into business language
