Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Information Security Analyst – Glasswing. Pay rate range (CAD): $58.06/hr – $69.67/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures to enhance performance transparency and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead overall cybersecurity project planning, establish operational cadence, manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Convert team and project goals into actionable plans, monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.
- Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards and reports that communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and senior management to influence outcomes and clearly articulate strategic priorities.
- Provide strategic thought leadership, incorporate findings into operational programs, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and growth.
- Respond effectively to dynamic project environments, stay informed of emerging security trends and regulatory changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct analysis and prepare recommendations to improve security capabilities, increase efficiencies, and support sustainable organizational growth.
Desired Skill-Set
- 2+ years of project management or analyst experience in related fields.
- Proven experience in creating business cases, gathering requirements, and financial analysis.
- Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma.
- Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving capability.
- Excellent time management and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, capable of working independently and within teams.
- High attention to detail with an ability to adapt and multitask.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and strategic analysis.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working within a financial services environment.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications related to project management.
