Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Intake Triage Manager – Banking. This position involves leading the intake triage management of new initiatives within the Commercial Banking Project Management Office, supporting client's Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will oversee the assessment, routing, and prioritization of project requests, ensuring efficient workflows, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outputs. This role offers broad visibility across Commercial Banking functions and the opportunity to contribute to building and scaling a new integrated intake process.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day intake processes, ensuring requests meet quality and completeness standards
- Facilitate triage and support prioritization based on value, urgency, complexity, and dependencies
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Define high-level scope, identify risks, and ensure readiness for delivery
- Maintain the intake pipeline, track status, and support reporting activities
- Follow and improve intake processes, tools, and governance practices
- Support additional responsibilities after process operationalization as needed
Desired Skill-Set
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, demand management, or intake
- Proven ability to support cross-functional stakeholders, governance, or prioritization forums
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear, actionable inputs
- Effective stakeholder communication skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, PowerApps, Excel, or reporting tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- PMP, SM, or BA certification
