Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Internal Audit Copilot Advisor. This position involves guiding internal audit teams in the effective and responsible use of Microsoft Copilot throughout the audit lifecycle, focusing on improving productivity, consistency, and quality while maintaining rigorous audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for internal audit team members on Copilot usage across various audit phases
- Provide practical guidance on integrating Copilot into audit planning, risk assessment, control testing, and documentation
- Translate Copilot capabilities into audit-specific prompts and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Serve as the go-to resource for Copilot-related questions and facilitate change management to foster adoption
- Define acceptable and unacceptable Copilot usage standards within the audit function
- Embed quality assurance, methodology, and documentation standards into Copilot guidance
- Develop, maintain, and share a library of approved prompts, audit examples, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for Copilot to save time and minimize risk during audit procedures
- Support rollout of new Copilot features and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot in an audit or similar environment
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to guide and coach team members effectively across functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
- Internal or external audit experience, with an emphasis on practical application of AI tools during audits
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA
