Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a L&D Program Coordinator – AI/LLM. This position involves coordinating and executing innovative learning initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing logistics, utilizing AI-enabled tools, and ensuring seamless delivery of training programs to support organizational growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $34.06/hr – $40.87/hr

Responsibilities

  • Support program and project coordination, managing logistics and execution of all learning components
  • Lead training operations, including communications, Teams invitations, participant lists, meeting logistics, and shared Outlook mailbox management
  • Analyze program data to generate insights, track metrics and milestones, and make strategic recommendations
  • Organize and maintain accurate reporting, including customized reports, initiative trackers, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver training events aligned with business objectives
  • Support strategic learning initiatives through execution, progress monitoring, and reporting outcomes
  • Develop, write, edit, and distribute communication messages to participants and stakeholders
  • Maintain and support digital learning assets, including editing recorded webinars using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Collate meeting notes, insights, and actionable items
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and effectively utilize AI-enabled Microsoft 365 tools in daily work

Desired Skill-Set

  • AI fluency and experience working with AI-enabled tools and large language models (LLMs)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation
