Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Process Automation Specialist – Cybersecurity Enablement. You will collaborate directly with cybersecurity professionals to translate operational workflows into scalable, automated solutions, leveraging AI, low-code tools, and modern workflow platforms. This position offers the opportunity to support a strategic AI adoption initiative within a dynamic, security-focused environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr – $86.96/hr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand workflows, pain points, and operational needs
- Design and propose automation solutions and AI-assisted workflows using low-code/no-code platforms
- Identify recurring patterns in processes to build reusable automation components
- Support the assessment, prioritization, and progression of AI and automation use cases
- Coordinate with platform owners and technical teams to define requirements and parameters for build
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and consistency
Desired Skill-Set
- 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
- Proven ability to convert complex processes into automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate)
- Strong understanding of AI concepts including large language models, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems
- Experience in consulting, solution design, and requirement gathering
- Ability to identify and synthesize patterns across multiple use cases
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk management, or information security environments
- Certifications such as PL-900, AI-900, Power Platform, or Azure AI
- Knowledge of broader enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with structured AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives
