Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Project Manager/Commercial Lending Transformations. This role involves supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Commercial Banking segment by providing expert project management across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will drive key program objectives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of a diverse portfolio of transformational projects that are central to the bank’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Define, plan, and deliver strategic projects aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including change management, process, and technology to ensure project success.
  • Manage all lifecycle phases of projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, and risk management documents.
  • Chair governance meetings (e.g., Steering Committees, Decision Forums) to review project progress and decisions.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Monitor project milestones, track progress, and report status regularly.
  • Rigorously manage scope and resolve issues to adhere to time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Contribute to enterprise project management best practices, promoting transparency and execution excellence.
