Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition – Digital Investing. This position is responsible for leading demand and revenue-generating campaigns to attract and acquire new clients for digital investing products, partnering with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to drive assets and market share growth. The role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing enterprise growth initiatives, and optimizing acquisition programs to achieve measurable results.

Pay rate range (CAD): $46.23/hr – $55.48/hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop strategic marketing roadmaps, business cases, product initiatives, and campaigns for acquisition and growth.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on customer research and business insights to increase awareness, traffic, engagement, and new account acquisitions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including approval processes, creative development, quality assurance, reporting, and compliance adherence.
  • Develop targeting matrices to identify key client segments for campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs such as website traffic, keyword rankings, application rates, new accounts, and assets.
  • Coordinate content creation and brief submissions for external agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand and product standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing before campaign deployment.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to recommend improvements and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Drive enterprise growth initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights.
  • Develop and execute marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies and support overall business goals.
  • Support testing of new creative approaches and campaign offers through structured testing initiatives.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 6-10+ years of experience in demand and revenue generation, paid media, social media, and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing acquisition campaigns and promotions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media strategies, including owned media, SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in financial services, online investing, or regulated industries is highly valued.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Technical proficiency in campaign management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Creative writing and editorial skills with the ability to craft compelling content.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with industry-specific compliance guidelines and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
  • Background in competitive analysis and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience working with analytics and digital optimization tools.
