Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Product Marketing Manager – Retail Payments. This position involves leading strategic marketing initiatives to support the launch of a groundbreaking payments platform. As a key contributor, you will develop and execute innovative campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and sales momentum for a new merchant offering, driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer insights
- Generate innovative ideas and strategies to drive platform adoption
- Develop and present compelling proposals to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful campaigns and tools
- Create and refine business cases with clear KPIs and expected ROI
- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams for alignment and execution
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize initiatives accordingly
- Support branding and positioning efforts for the merchant platform
- Lead efforts to create viral marketing momentum and unique customer experiences
