Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Service Representative. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing retail and commercial ATM deposit and payment activities, supporting transaction processing, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your contributions will help maintain operational integrity and deliver a positive customer and stakeholder experience.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $23.19/hr

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily ATM deposit and payment processing activities within established service level agreements
  • Monitor and action requests related to ATM deposit and withdrawal disputes from the business line
  • Analyze data to provide insights and operational recommendations
  • Support the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate on process improvements and system changes, supporting change management activities
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of work information, including documentation and reconciliation
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies per standard procedures
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries
  • Assist in quality control, training, and onboarding of new team members as needed
  • Support regulatory compliance and risk management practices
  • Perform routine tasks, including processing service requests and transactions in accordance with policies
  • Contribute to maintaining operational efficiency through continuous process review and improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new or enhanced processes

Desired Skill-Set

  • Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or banking environment
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with systems such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of banking products, services, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and team skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective prioritization skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with change management initiatives
  • Knowledge of additional banking platforms or payment systems
  • Advanced data analysis skills
