Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Frontend Developer – Angular/Capital Markets. In this position, you will design and develop high-quality, responsive web interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with UX, product, and backend teams to meet complex business needs.
Pay rate range (CAD): $80.00/hr – $115.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and dynamic web interfaces using Angular and React frameworks.
- Convert UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
- Optimize interfaces for accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate user interfaces with RESTful APIs for real-time data updates.
- Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot UI issues efficiently.
Desired Skill-Set
- 7+ years of front-end/web development experience.
- Proven experience delivering production applications with React 19 and Angular 21+.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
- Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack and Vite.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine and Jest.
- Experience using Angular Material for UI component design.
Nice to Have
- OpenFin experience.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Performance optimization skills.
- Exposure to lightweight JS frameworks, e.g., Mithril.js.
