Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Product Designer/Wealth, specializing in wealth management platforms. This opportunity involves designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences to support key banking functions and client needs, with a focus on building scalable design systems and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable, scalable components in Figma for the Wealth/Easy Trade platform
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical standards
- Conduct design quality assurance on final implementations to verify adherence to specifications
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive design documentation and libraries for team-wide accessibility
- Lead efforts to ensure all components meet WCAG accessibility guidelines, enhancing platform usability and inclusivity
- Support the integration of new components with evolving platform features, including adaptation for accessibility standards like Apple's Liquid Glass
- Identify project risks proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate them
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in design processes and practices
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expert knowledge of building and maintaining component libraries in Figma
- Proven experience designing interaction and visual UI states for native iOS and Android mobile components
- Skilled in translating conceptual ideas into compelling and user-friendly digital experiences
- Deep understanding of responsive web and mobile application design principles
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and latest device-specific updates (e.g., Apple Liquid Glass)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and storyboards
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for producing web-ready assets
- Interest or experience in self-directed investing platforms
