Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Designer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead user-centric design initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment, focusing on innovative solutions for complex financial services projects.

Responsibilities

  • Transform complex business problems into user-friendly and elegant design solutions
  • Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and detailed specifications
  • Conduct observational studies, usability tests, and customer research to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and stakeholders, to ensure design fidelity
  • Advocate for the user throughout all project phases, ensuring customer needs are prioritized
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design methodologies
  • Communicate conceptual ideas and rationales effectively through presentations and documentation
  • Conceptualize and plan future-state and near-term cross-channel user experiences
  • Contribute to shaping strategic experience design approaches for various initiatives

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proficiency in Figma and experience using AI-driven tools for asset generation or transformation
  • Strong organization, analytical, and logical skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly across diverse audiences and incorporate feedback constructively
  • Skilled in creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and responsive design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities
  • Experience translating complex flows into simplified, user-centered designs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach in a multi-task environment
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design personalized dashboards with adaptive interfaces

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with financial institutions or banking platforms
  • Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and customer research
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques and designing for data-rich environments
