Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a PMO Analyst – Banking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality project support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing meeting logistics, supporting project deliverables, and assisting with reporting and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay rate range (CAD): $54.79/hr – $65.75/hr

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
  • Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, document decisions, risks, and action items, and distribute meeting notes promptly
  • Review and proofread project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards and templates
  • Maintain and update project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs, status trackers, and action registers
  • Support issue and risk tracking, escalating blockers as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with resource onboarding, access management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates, ensuring data accuracy
  • Organize and maintain project documentation repositories, including SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO standards, templates, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for project meetings and deadlines, supporting operational efficiency

Desired Skill-Set

  • 8+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as MS Project, Planner, or Jira
  • Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality-control skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations
  • Knowledge of PMO governance, templates, and reporting frameworks
  • Prior involvement in large or multi-project environments
