Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst-Tririga. You will support modernization initiatives focused on TRIRIGA, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. The position involves translating business needs into well-defined functional requirements, supporting platform enhancements, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards. Ideal for a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in workflow-based enterprise applications within large organizations.
Pay rate range (CAD): $41.28/hr – $49.54/hr
Responsibilities
- Lead a structured business analysis process, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document current state processes and collaborate on future state designs leveraging TRIRIGA best practices.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to define functional and system requirements.
- Contribute to testing strategies, including review of test cases and participation in user acceptance testing.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope considerations related to requirements.
- Support implementation by providing documentation and recommendations for configuration and solution delivery.
- Monitor and manage requirements-related issues to prevent downstream impacts.
- Work independently within a complex, cross-functional environment, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Desired Skill-Set
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with workflow-based systems such as IBM TRIRIGA or similar (Pega, BPM tools).
- Strong knowledge of process flows, approvals, states, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret application workflows and module interactions.
- Proven experience in documenting functional requirements, process flows, and system descriptions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capable of working with both business and technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience specifically with IBM TRIRIGA.
- Prior experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of real estate management systems.
