Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Learning Consultant/Instructional Design. The primary focus is to research, design, and oversee the development of engaging learning content in both English and French, supporting critical talent development initiatives. This remote position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, measurable learning solutions aligned with organizational goals, with an emphasis on review and ensuring French content quality.
Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
Responsibilities
- Review French courses for grammatical accuracy and natural audio recordings to ensure high quality.
- Design diverse learning solutions utilizing various instructional strategies to meet different learning styles and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify performance gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to interpret content and make instructional recommendations.
- Define clear, measurable learning and performance objectives.
- Develop engaging e-learning, multimedia, virtual workshops, and blended training solutions.
- Present content through detailed design plans, strategies, and prototypes.
- Deliver high-quality learning programs on time, monitor efficacy, and update content as needed.
- Support project management activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and success criteria.
Desired Skill-Set
- Bilingual in French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline.
- Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Premiere Pro is an asset.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Competence in conducting training needs analyses (TNA).
- Experience working with LMS platforms such as Workday.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable participating in team meetings and iterative processes.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design.
- Additional creative skills with multimedia tools.
- Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment.
