Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a BCE Analyst (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions). This position offers an excellent entry point into the capital markets sector, supporting back office operations with a focus on invoice reconciliation, process accuracy, and stakeholder communication. The role provides valuable training and growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.74/hr

Responsibilities

  • Log new invoices into the master inventory database (MDM Calero) accurately and efficiently.
  • Review billing details, including cost centers and service names, to ensure correctness.
  • Communicate with line of business managers to confirm billing intentions and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Process invoices for payment within Coupa, adhering to strict timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records and perform audits to support invoice accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across Montreal and Toronto to streamline workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on processes and tools.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, judgmental, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of invoices under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-layered, complex organizational environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Market Data Manager (MDM) or SmartProcure (COUPA).
  • Banking or financial institution experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Local to Montreal and able to work onsite at the Montreal office.
