Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – IBM TRIRIGA (Real Estate). In this position, you will support and enhance the client's enterprise real estate technology platform by applying your deep hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA in a complex, matrixed organizational setting. You will serve as a vital bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear requirements while ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and strategic objectives.
Pay rate range (CAD): $41.28/hr – $49.54/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level guidance and advisory support to define business needs and problem statements aligned with enterprise real estate strategies.
- Offer expert insights on TRIRIGA best practices, ensuring scalable and supportable solutions.
- Lead structured business analysis activities to elicit, analyze, and document requirements throughout project phases.
- Employ a variety of requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, process walk-throughs, and document analysis to validate and refine business requirements.
- Document current-state processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design future-state solutions leveraging TRIRIGA.
- Act as a liaison translating business needs into functional and system requirements, solution designs, and testing strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to support solution configuration, design, and delivery within TRIRIGA.
- Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope impacts related to requirements.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by supporting test scenario and script development, system testing, and UAT while tracking defects and issues.
- Assist in developing project plans, work breakdown structures, and supporting estimation and milestone planning.
- Manage priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively, operating with minimal supervision in a complex environment.
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst working directly with IBM TRIRIGA in a real estate capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience with TRIRIGA modules such as Capital Projects, Real Estate/Lease Administration, Facilities & Operations, and Maintenance Management.
- Strong understanding of real estate and facilities management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional, complex stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in producing clear, structured requirements and functional documentation for enterprise delivery teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, with familiarity in JIRA and Confluence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IWMS platforms beyond TRIRIGA.
- Familiarity with other enterprise asset or space management systems.
- Additional certifications related to project management, real estate, or TRIRIGA.
