Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Project Manager – Social Media Enablement. This position involves overseeing the onboarding, migration, and deployment of a new social media management platform within Wealth Management, supporting marketing teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a high-visibility social media enablement project
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Drive change management strategies to promote user adoption and platform engagement
- Collaborate daily with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, and Platform Support
- Prepare and present executive status reports and governance documentation
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels
- Support adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance standards in social media activity
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or risks that arise
Desired Skill-Set
- 5-7 years of large-scale program or project management experience
- Proven experience with platform migration or system implementation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Ability to prepare high-quality reports and governance documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms
Nice to Have
- PMP certification
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Prior involvement with social media enablement tools or strategic digital marketing initiatives
