Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Project Manager – Social Media Enablement. This position involves overseeing the onboarding, migration, and implementation of a new social media management platform within Wealth Management, supporting modernized advisor marketing capabilities and ensuring compliance across channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the social media platform implementation project
- Manage multiple workstreams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met
- Develop and maintain project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication plans
- Drive change management strategies to promote adoption across teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with compliance, marketing, and platform support teams
- Prepare and present executive status reports and governance documentation
- Support user training and onboarding to ensure smooth transition to the new platform
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocations throughout the engagement
Desired Skill-Set
- 5-7 years of large-scale program and project management experience
- Proven success managing platform migration initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with change management implementation and driving user adoption
- Sound organizational skills and proactive problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project governance and reporting to executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- PMP certification
- Experience working in financial services or regulated environments
- Prior hands-on experience with social media management tools
