Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Growth / Acquisition Marketing Manager – Digital Investing. The position involves leading acquisition and enterprise growth campaigns for digital investing products, requiring a strategic mindset, strong campaign management skills, and experience in demand generation within a regulated environment. 

Pay rate range (CAD): $63.77/hr – $76.52/hr

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing roadmaps, business cases, and product initiatives for acquisition and enterprise growth.
  • Manage and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including creative development, approvals, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and adherence to brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deriving insights to optimize ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Lead content creation, briefs, and approvals, ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, and brand guidelines.
  • Drive customer research and insights to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and contribute to broader marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners to successfully deliver campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as traffic, applications, new accounts, and assets, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Support testing and improvement initiatives related to creative assets and offers to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience in demand and revenue-generating marketing roles.
  • Proven success in developing and managing acquisition campaigns in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong experience with digital media, paid media, social media, SEM, SEO, and analytics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, creative content development, and campaign analytics.
  • Advanced skills in forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with online investing platforms or financial products.
  • Technical proficiency in programmatic media, bidding strategies, and digital advertising tools.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations specific to financial services marketing.
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, advertising, or communications.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
