Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Designer – Banking. This position involves collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to craft and optimize user-centric banking interfaces. It offers a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension, focusing on vendor integration projects and enhancing overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UI developers to design engaging and functional user interfaces for banking platforms
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather feedback and understand user needs
- Recommend and demonstrate design components to improve overall user experience and usability
- Analyze interfaces to identify usability challenges and provide guidance for improvements
- Provide directional advice and consultation based on industry best practices
- Ensure designs align with enterprise-level standards and enhance user satisfaction
Desired Skill-Set
- At least 5+ years of UX design experience
- Proven experience working on enterprise-grade banking or financial interfaces
- Strong communication skills with the ability to suggest design solutions and articulate recommendations
- Ability to give directional feedback and differentiate usability issues for users
Nice to Have
- Portfolio showcasing prior UX work, especially in banking or financial services
- Experience with UI development teams and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
- Knowledge of vendor integration processes
