Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. PCO – Cyber Security/Banking. This position involves managing complex cyber projects related to regulatory and audit compliance, supporting a high-performing team, and working closely with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in project governance, portfolio planning, and strategic communication, ensuring operational efficiencies and long-term growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $58.04/hr – $69.95/hr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures to track performance and support transparency.
  • Lead portfolio planning, execution, and manage interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Translate team goals into actionable plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Design and deliver executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and insights.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and with senior executives to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable growth initiatives.
  • Respond effectively to ambiguity, last-minute changes, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Analyze project data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to increase capabilities and efficiencies.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 2+ years of project management or analyst experience.
  • Experience in creating business cases, gathering requirements, and managing financials.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (degree or diploma).
  • Strong and clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Effective time management and meticulous documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with TD.
  • PMP certification.
