Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – TRIRIGA. This position involves supporting a platform modernization project focused on enterprise real estate systems, providing critical bridgework between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless process and system alignment. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience with workflow-driven platforms like TRIRIGA, Pega, or similar, and possess strong documentation and analytical skills to facilitate effective system understanding and process optimization.
Pay rate range (CAD): $54.84/hr – $65.81/hr
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end workflow processes within enterprise applications
- Gather and document detailed functional requirements and system behavior
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into technical specifications
- Support platform modernization through leveraging OOTB capabilities and standardizing workflows
- Identify process simplification opportunities and ensure alignment with platform functionalities
- Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, functional specs, and system descriptions
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support project delivery in Agile or hybrid models
- Assist in translating complex technical details into clear, understandable documentation
- Contribute to system testing and validation activities as needed
Desired Skill-Set
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with workflow-driven enterprise platforms (e.g., TRIRIGA, Pega)
- Strong understanding of process flows, approvals, states, and lifecycle management in enterprise systems
- Ability to interpret and analyze system modules and workflows
- Proven experience producing functional requirements and process documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; proficient with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Capable of working effectively in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience with enterprise platform technology and modernization initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience working specifically with IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate modules
- Prior involvement in platform upgrade or migration projects
- Knowledge of BPM tools beyond TRIRIGA (e.g., Pega)
- Exposure to customer data security and privacy practices
- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies
