Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst – IBOR/Power BI. The position focuses on global asset management, particularly IBOR, portfolio management, and various asset classes. The role involves bridging technology with business operations to drive innovative asset management strategies, requiring deep industry knowledge and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document complex business requirements related to asset management and IBOR projects
- Design client-focused solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead project implementation as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to technology and project teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test cases and oversee testing activities, including automation when applicable
- Understand trade lifecycle workflows and how different systems interconnect across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, and money markets
- Support and mentor teams through Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Communicate effectively across teams to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project success
Desired Skill-Set
- Extensive experience in global asset management and investment product lifecycles
- Proven ability to gather requirements and design tactical and strategic solutions
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and system integrations
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Databricks
- Familiarity with Python and VBA is a plus
- Knowledge of IBOR migration projects
- Ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience working with agile development teams and SDLC

- IBOR migration experience
